Having problems running our Mortal Kombat Plus ROM's in MAME? Try this special version of MAME. It’s a custom compiled MAME core specifically used to run our Mortal Kombat Plus ROM's. We offer the Windows Executables in both 32-bit and 64-bit.

Don’t forget to place the mk2p.zip and/or umk3p.zip in the ROMS folder or MAME will not find them.

To launch the game, use the command line (or make a BAT file) with the argument start mame64 umk3p

NOTE: The ROM names should be as followed:

• mk2p.zip (Mortal Kombat 2+ BETA 2)
• umk3p.zip (Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3+ BETA 1 or BETA 2)
• umk3pk.zip (Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3+ Kontributor Build)
